How the Service works?
We provide sewing services in Delhi. You can place the order for your clothes by submitting an inquiry on our website.
• Book Appointments ( 24 Hour Services ) www.apnaadarzi.com.
• Charges are non-negotiable.
• The estimated cost may vary, the amount mentioned on the bill will be considered the final payable amount.
• No Minimum order amount is required but INR 250 will be payable by customers for pickup and delivery. If your order is above 999 then don't worry, you no need to pay pickup and delivery charges.
• A 50% advance should be paid by the customer when our representative visits you.
• An Alteration of clothes will be done by us free of cost within 3days after delivery otherwise charges will we apply after communication with the concerned person.
• Alteration charges will be applied of cloth that we did not stitch and pick up and delivery charges will we applicable consult with concern person.
• We do not undertake free of cost cancellation after the order is placed or the consultant has visited.
• If a consultant visits you for an appointment and you decide not to place an order with us, then a visiting charge of INR 100 applicable would be payable by you.
• Once your order has gone into production then cancellation charges will be paid by customers.
• Customers are required to provide their best-fit garment.
• Offcuts will be thrown away or recycled unless the client requests to keep them
• Apnaa Darzi does not keep customer garments for more than 30 days due to non-payment/partial payment. Any garment pending for more than 30 days for non-payment/partial payment will be donated to a charity. Apnaa Darzi will not be liable for any garment donated and the advance if given will be forfeited.
• All orders placed with Apnaa Darzi are subject to terms of conditions of the organizations.
